Let's Taste the World with Chez Nous by Chippens Restaurant



A few days ago, we were invited by one of the newest restaurants in Davao City, Chez Nous by Chippens to try out some of their offerings. This is one of the perks of being a blogger, food blogger especially, as you get to be one of the first few to try new dishes from newly opened restos around, and I have to admit, I am enjoying it.

Pronounced as shey noo, Chez Nous by Chippens is led by Chef Chino together with his crew in running this new restaurant from the block. We were told that most of their dishes at Chez Nous are inspired by international cuisine, of course with a Filipino touch on top, and that's something I think unique here. Not to mention that their food and beverages prices are very affordable, plus the place is nicely set up.

Cajun Shrimps with Mango Mousse and Salsa
Arancini are fried and stuffed rice balls, coated with breadcrumbs.
Atlantic Salmon and Cucumber Spaghetti with Mustard Mousse
Creme Caramel with Blueberry Coulis
Grilled Malasugue with Mango Chutney
Honey Barbecue Glazed Ribs
Malaysian Laksa
Marbled Ribeye Steak
Oh Canada Poutine – Thrice Cooked Fries with Gravy and Fresh Mozzarella
Seared Tuna Nicoise with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Tuna Tornado




Chez Nous by Chippens is open from 9:30AM until 9:00PM, Monday to Saturday. And they are located at 368 Padre Gomez Street corner Roxas Boulevard, Davao city.
